Kelsey joins the Independent Wealth Management team with over 6 years of experience working as a 401(k) specialist and relationship manager. She began her career with one of the largest 401(k) providers in the country where she worked as a relationship manager for her clients and financial advisors. She is passionate about providing an excellent customer experience and building relationships with her clients and participants. She loves being able to help simplify the complicated aspects of 401(k) to ensure they are easy to understand for anyone!

Kelsey is currently pursuing a degree in psychology, as she loves to learn more about people and how to work well with many different personalities. In addition, she will be working towards her Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) certification.

Kelsey resides in Rochester, New York with her dog, Nickel. In her spare time, she cares for her 200 houseplants and enjoys traveling and attending music concerts.
