Elisabeth (Liz) has been a Client Services Specialist with the IWM team for 7+ years, with over a decade of prior client service experience. She loves assisting clients with solving a problem, no matter how complex. She appreciates the opportunity to guide clients through a variety of different processes and bringing them to a point of understanding, all while creating a warm and friendly rapport. In addition to assisting with the delivery of client service functions, and supporting our financial planning process, Elisabeth also assists with aligning our processes with industry regulations. She is studying to further expand on the team’s compliance knowledge.

IWM leverages technology to enhance the client experience, and Liz provides in-house IT support for the entire team and our clients. This includes supplying the office with the most up-to-date hardware and software and guiding our team through technological enhancements and updates. She also assists clients as a technology resource, patiently supporting them in the utilization of our applications.

Elisabeth has a Bachelor of Arts in English from Rowan University, which has helped her to both hone her ability to communicate with clients, as well as better understand the intricacies of financial compliance.  In her spare time, Elisabeth enjoys a variety of creative pursuits including photography and crafting and is an avid crossword puzzle enthusiast.
